Code of Conduct
- We are committed to maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Clients must conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow visitors.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent to preserve the tranquility of the center.
- Smoking, alcohol, and consumption of non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Any disrespectful behavior towards the healers or staff will result in immediate termination of services.
Booking and Appointments
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
- Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session to ensure a smooth start.
- For group healing sessions or workshops, pre-registration is required as spots are limited.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation can be made 7 days before the scheduled workshop. 50% of the advance payment/ booking amount will only be refunded.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made prior to the session through cash, credit card, UPI, or bank transfer. Receipts will be provided upon request.
- All workshop fees must be paid in full during registration. For group events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot.
Confidentiality
- All client information, including health history and session details, will be kept strictly confidential.
- Personal information will not be shared with any third party without the client’s written consent.
Liability Waiver
- By participating in healing sessions, clients acknowledge that these sessions are complementary to conventional medicine and do not replace medical treatment.
- The center is not liable for any outcomes or reactions experienced during or after healing sessions. Clients are encouraged to consult their medical providers for any health-related concerns.
Health and Safety Guidelines
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are currently under medical treatment, please inform the healer before your session.
- If you are pregnant, kindly notify us in advance so that we can tailor the session accordingly.
- The center reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s condition is deemed unsuitable for the healing modality.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Refunds for workshops or group events will only be given if cancellations are made at least 7 days in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Feedback and Support
- We welcome client feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Any concerns or suggestions can be directed to the center’s management through email or in person.
- Any queries/ doubts related with training will be strictly addressed thru Email only : smshukla@lamafera.com
- Queries will be replied within 24 hours by the centre admin.
