Welcome to Lama Fera Internation Research Centrewhere we strive to provide a transformative healing experience through the ancient art of Lama Fera, energy healing, and holistic practices. This policy outlines the operational guidelines, client expectations, and the services offered at our center.

Pls note (for students) : If there is any issue / query / clarification related with *healing, training, certificate issue, healing kit* or any other grievances related with centre staff, it should be immediately brought into our notice *within 15 days* of course completion in written / mail (smshukla@lamafera.com).

After 15 days, Lama Fera International Healing and research centre, Pune will neither be responsible nor accountble for the same.
Fees once paid for Distance Healing / Workshop / Online Meditation / or any course or session of the centre is NON REFUNDABLE in any circumstances.

LAMA FERA HEALING & TRAINING RULES

Lama Fera Healing is given and taught in combination with Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Veg Diet Therapy, Accupressure Therapy and Change in daily life style / routine for getting the positive results.
Lama Fera Healing works effectively ONLY if sincerity, dedication, self commitment, patience and faith is there to follow all the given rules without a single day gap !!

Disclaimer: Our Lama Fera / Reiki Healing is not intended to replace other forms of healing modalities like Allopathy / Ayurveda / Homoeopathy etc. It is also complementary to these systems. In case of Severe or Persisting symptoms, refer to a medical doctor.

Our healers are certified professionals dedicated to offering the best possible support during your healing journey.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.

Clients must conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow visitors.

Mobile phones must be kept on silent to preserve the tranquility of the center.

Smoking, alcohol, and consumption of non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Any disrespectful behavior towards the healers or staff will result in immediate termination of services.

Booking and Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only.

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session to ensure a smooth start.

For group healing sessions or workshops, pre-registration is required as spots are limited.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made 7 days before the scheduled workshop. 50% of the advance payment/ booking amount will only be refunded.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made prior to the session through cash, credit card, UPI, or bank transfer. Receipts will be provided upon request.

All workshop fees must be paid in full during registration. For group events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot.

Confidentiality

All client information, including health history and session details, will be kept strictly confidential.

Personal information will not be shared with any third party without the client’s written consent.

Liability Waiver

By participating in healing sessions, clients acknowledge that these sessions are complementary to conventional medicine and do not replace medical treatment.

The center is not liable for any outcomes or reactions experienced during or after healing sessions. Clients are encouraged to consult their medical providers for any health-related concerns.

Health and Safety Guidelines

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are currently under medical treatment, please inform the healer before your session.

If you are pregnant, kindly notify us in advance so that we can tailor the session accordingly.

The center reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s condition is deemed unsuitable for the healing modality.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

Refunds for workshops or group events will only be given if cancellations are made at least 7 days in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Feedback and Support

We welcome client feedback to continuously improve our services.

Any concerns or suggestions can be directed to the center’s management through email or in person.

Any queries/ doubts related with training will be strictly addressed thru Email only : smshukla@lamafera.com

Queries will be replied within 24 hours by the centre admin.

If you are not certified as LAMA FERA GRANDMASTER by our centre - You cannot teach Lam Kriya Dhyan & Lama Fera Healing to others in any form.

You are strictly not allowed to share , publish , forward Lam Kriya Dhyan & Lama Fera Healing notes in any form to others.

In case rule A & B is violated in any form , Lama Fera International Reasearch & Training centre is authorised to file legal complaints under Pune Jurisdiction, Maharashtra.

Lama Fera and other healing modalities offered at our center are spiritual healing practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Always seek advice from your healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns.

By attending any session at Wellness Lama Fera Healing Centre, clients agree to adhere to the above policies and terms.
